基于遗传神经网络的煤矿技术创新评价模型研究

Study on Evaluation of coal technology innovation ability based on BP Neural network

摘要:

本文根据传统煤矿企业技术创新能力评价方法的不足,提出一种基于遗传神经网络的评价方法。首先结合煤矿企业特点,构建了一套煤矿企业技术创新能力评价指标体系,然后根据评价指标体系,将遗传算法和BP算法结合,设计评价模型,最后通过全国11家煤矿企业技术创新能力评价指标数据对评价模型进行训练和测试,验证评价模型的稳定性和可靠性。

Abstract:

According to the deficiency of the current coal enterprise technological innovation ability evaluation method, this paper proposes a kind of enterprise technological innovation ability evaluation method based on neural network. And then combining with the characteristics of coal mine enterprises , it structures the innovation ability evaluation index system from innovation resources, innovation input, innovation output and innovation environment, and designs evaluation model according to the index system.At last, an example is given to verify the accuracy and maneuverability of this approach.
